Job Description

North Brothers Ford Parts Delivery Driver will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parts and products to customers, vendors, and other locations as needed. This role involves managing delivery schedules, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Parts: Transport parts and products to various destinations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes to minimize delays and fuel consumption.
• Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery logs, invoices, and any discrepancies.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the delivery vehicle to ensure it remains in good working condition.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
• Inventory Management: Assist with the loading and unloading of parts, ensuring that inventory is accurately tracked and reported.
• Communication: Keep open lines of communication with dispatch and other team members to report any issues or delays promptly.
