Overview:
The Workforce Management Consultant is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that support our continued effort to develop resource modification solutions in all areas of the enterprise as it pertains to the utilization and productivity of our staff. This position will be directing a team of 4 - 6 Workforce Management Analytics, including prioritization of work. Through analysis of Customer Center and associate historical performance, you will be responsible to maintain data to ensure effective performance of the Customer Center in order to meet client service levels.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for conducting adhoc analyses and managing reporting and metrics as it relates to developing, analyzing and producing monthly reports and/or graphs to assess current trends relative to driving day-to-day business decisions.
Utilize workforce management application and past performance reports to create weekly interaction forecasts to predict volumes as they relate to scheduling needs.
Critical function of this position is to implement best practices in workforce management to ensure the most efficient use of staffing resources to meet customer needs.
Provide business insights for staffing related strategy, including cost/benefit analysis, and assist in the implementation of activities designed to optimize the workforce .
Understands business objectives and drives the use of applications and technical systems to improve workflows and achieve objectives.
Provide communication to Customer Center associates and leadership on staffing requirements, including approval to schedule meetings, training, coaching, etc., as appropriate to scheduling needs.
Works with functional business leaders and teams to drive the identification, definition and prioritization of business process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of previous Workforce Management experience required.
Ability to obtain SWPP (Society of Workforce Professional Planners) online certification with 18 months-2 years.
Previous Workforce Management software experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of business area products, services and call handling practices.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases.
Data collection, management, and analysis ability.
Demonstrates a high degree of personal accountability, passion, and execution.
Ability to identify process improvement, effectiveness and efficiency and execute on change management, influence and collaboration.
Physical Job Requirements:
Ability to utilize the keyboard, computer and/or mouse for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
Ability to utilize the phone and/or virtual meeting platform for 1-4 hours per day.
The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$69,500.00 - $129,000.00
