The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator is responsible for the management and support of the organization's Learning Management System. This work includes system configuration, user support, content management, and data analysis. The LMS Administrator will work closely with instructional designers, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure the LMS meets the educational and training needs of the organization.

Key requirements include:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in LMS administration or a similar role.
Experience with specific LMS platforms (Docebo) is highly desirable.
Experience with Articulate, including Rise 360 is highly desirable.
Proficiency in LMS software and related technologies.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
Familiarity with e-learning standards such as SCORM, AICC, and xAPI.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
